1. Eligibility for Refund

  1. Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  2. The course or product must be less than 20% completed.
  3. Refunds are only applicable in case of technical issues, course inaccessibility, or quality concerns.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • If over 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
  • Refunds due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, schedule conflicts) are not accepted.

3. Refund Process
