Eligibility Criteria

| Age Limit | 20–25 years. Relaxations: SC/ST: 5 yrs, OBC: 3 yrs, ESM: 3 yrs post military service, Women (widow/divorced): up to 35–40 yrs, Departmental (Delhi Police): up to 30–35 yrs depending on category. |
| Education | Bachelor’s Degree. Male candidates for Delhi Police must have a valid LMV driving license at the time of PE&MT. |

Physical Endurance Test (PET)

- Ex-Servicemen: Exempt from PET
Medical Examination
- Eye sight: 6/6 & 6/9 (without glasses), N6/N9 for near vision
- No knock knee, flat foot, varicose veins, squint
- Good mental and physical health mandatory
Final Selection & Tie-Breaking
- Final selection is based on Paper-I + Paper-II + NCC bonus (normalized marks)
- Must qualify PET, PST, Medical & Document Verification
Tie Breakers:
- Higher marks in Paper-II
- Older age
- Alphabetical order of names
